Yellow Pine T&G Flooring

For our Yellow Pine Specialty products we use only slow growing dense logs that have very close growth rings. This makes for a more stable and better looking product. This usually comes from US Forest Service land or from pine that is mixed in with heavy hardwood stands. We do not source from fast growing plantation pine.

With its distinctive grain pattern, the inherent beauty of a Southern Pine floor is a feature well known to designers, builders, and homeowners nationwide.

#1 Grade: Best material for high quality pine with a knotty look. Knots will be tight, meaning they won't fall out, and are generally small.

#2 Grade: This floor will have a variety of grain type, knots and colors. Tight knots, but larger than found in 1 Common.
